Here is Pizzeria Uno, (arguably) the first deep dish pizza resteraunt in Chicago. Andrea and I saw a show on the Travel Channel about the Pizza Wars (NY vs Chicago - Chicago is better, by the way, but that is just my opinion) and that was the inspiration for our visit. And it was well worth it - the pizza was great. But to caution you, there is about an hour wait and you have to order your pizza when you make your reservation.
